Get Involved

Your involvement with the MET is the key to our success!  We couldn’t do many of our events or make such a large difference in the Tulsa area without our volunteers, workers and supporters.

Besides recycling at our centers, we offer many opportunities for individuals or groups to be active in communities.

• Our Bin Loan Program and Event Recycling encourages non-profit organizations, schools and events to recycle.
• We educate the community through informational booths at over 50 events throughout the year, host our own environmental events like America Recycles Day, Enviro Expo, Fairgrounds Pollutant Collection, and litter cleanups!
• Volunteers are needed at all our events, to maintain our recycling centers, help sort recyclables, talk about recycling and tend to basic office work.
