Compact Fluorescent Light Bulbs
What if your fluorescent bulb breaks?
1. Open a door or window and exit the room for 15 minutes.
2. Wearing gloves, scoop up fragments of glass in a dust pan and place in a glass jar or sealed plastic bag.
3. Use duct tape to pick up remaining pieces and powder.
4. Wipe down the floor with damp towels or disposable wipes.
5. Throw the jar or bag containing the glass into the trash can.
