The City of Claremore and the M.e.t. will host the annual Household Hazardous Waste Event on Saturday, April 6, 2024. This initiative provides an opportunity for Rogers County residents to safely dispose of common household pollutants, such as E-Waste, tires, ammunition, and medication.
Items can be dropped off for discarding from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in the Claremore Industrial Park, Northwest of 800 W. Lowry Road.

Accepted residential household pollutants include:
- Tires: Up to 10 tires per person. No wheels/rims. No tractor tires. No dealers.

- Automotive Fluids
- Paint (oil-based and latex) – “Correction to flyer sent in utility bills: We WILL accept latex paint at the event.”

Please note this event is limited to Rogers County residents. No refrigerators or AC units will be accepted due to freon regulations.
