If you have a child in your life, odds are they love stuffed animals. Why not teach them upcycling while also helping them make a new stuffed animal with this craft?
Here are the steps:
- Lay your jeans out.
- Cut the end of a leg off cutting through both sides in one cut.
- Turn the leg inside out.
- Hot Glue the cut edge.
- Turn the pants right side out and lay out the fabric for your wings.
- Cut your wings out in the desired shape.
- Hot glue your wings onto the jeans.
- Draw eyes and a beak.
- Add stuffing. Note: You can add rice to the bottom of the owl so that it can stand up.
- Hot Glue the other end together.
- Use string to tie off the ears.
Let cool and its ready to enjoy!
